Hot breakfast! Lovely!

We are environmentally friendly; use Fairtrade coffee and tea, eggs are free-range, and bread  is from an artisan baker on  Newport High Street. Fruit – fresh or stewed – will always  be  on the menu – and will be  usually from our garden. The tasty hot meals will appeal to both vegetarians and meat-eaters alike. A simpler Continental breakfast, is also available.

I  am qualified in level  1 and 2  Food Safety & Hygiene for Catering (City & Guilds) and am 5 star rated by our local borough -Telford & Wrekin Council

‘Staffordshire Borders’ breakfast Veggie or Vegan

consisting of two Staffordshire oatcakes,  stuffed  with either  melted Cheddar & Stilton cheeses / vegan cheese or stewed mushrooms in dairy / soya milk white sauce   or fried tomatoes .Topped with a poached egg ( if desired)


Omelette (with cheese, mushroom or tomatoes)


Veggie sausage sandwichwith Staffordshire oatlcakes

Veggie or vegan sausages with fried onions and peppers


Fairtrade ground coffee , decaffeinated instant  or  a variety  of  teas

(Earl Grey, English breakfast, Chai, green)


White or wholemeal toast with home-made  jams.

Allergen data is not kept on some of the Continental  breakfast foods, as  it is difficult to get data on some of the items
